Your privacy, plainly

AI Model Radar is a reference site. The only personal data we ever handle is the email address you give us for alerts — and we treat it with care. No dark patterns, no data brokering, no surprises.

Our commitments

• We never sell, rent, trade, or share your contact details with anyone, for any reason.
• We collect only what we need — your email address and which providers you want alerts about. Nothing else: no name, no phone number, no tracking profile.
• We use your email for one thing — sending the release alerts you asked for (plus a one-time confirmation). No marketing, no newsletters you didn't request.
• You're in control — one click unsubscribes you and permanently deletes your record from our database.
• Your data is protected — every connection is encrypted in transit with TLS, and subscriber data is held on access-restricted infrastructure.

What we collect

If you subscribe to alerts, we store your email address and your provider preferences, along with the timestamps and the random tokens used to confirm and unsubscribe you. That is the entire record. We use double opt-in: you must confirm via email before we ever send you anything.

How it's protected

All traffic to and from this site is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Subscriber data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, and the credentials our systems use are kept as protected secrets, never exposed to your browser. We also process delivery bounces so we stop emailing addresses that no longer work — keeping our list clean and respectful.

Analytics & cookies

We measure aggregate page views with Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and never tracks you across sites. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference — a local setting, not a tracking cookie.

Third parties

Alert emails are delivered through Microsoft 365, and analytics run through Plausible. These providers process data only to deliver the service. We do not share your information with anyone for advertising or any other purpose.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe and erase your data at any time using the link in any email, or from the alerts page. Once removed, your record is gone for good. If you'd like to ask about the data we hold, get in touch and we'll help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page. Because we keep so little data, changes should be rare.
